What to expect for your visit to Body Sanctum Day Spa at Level 2

Info on what you can do:
• If you are feeling unwell please stay at home.
• Our usual 24hour cancellation policy will not apply during Level 2 should you be feeling unwell.
• Book in advance – no walk-ins, sorry!
• Your appointment reminder email will include a few important questions required as per government directives. Should you answer yes to any of these please call us immediately to reschedule your appointment.
• Arrive on time, not earlier or later, you will be seen straight through to your treatment room.
• Just bring yourself, we cannot allow extra people in the spa, including children.
• Please use the hand sanitiser provided – on entry and exit
• During a manicure, please do not touch your phone, we won’t be able to sanitise your hands again during the treatment.
• Sorry we are not serving any refreshments, please bring your own water bottle. Remember how important it is to hydrate after a massage.
• Sunbed: All sunbed sessions are to now be booked in advance, we cannot accept walk-ins.
• If you are looking to purchase a product only, please call or email us and we’ll arrange for you to collect or deliver where possible.
Info on what we’re doing:
• No walk-ins, sorry! Our online booking system will be available, however, please be understanding should we need to adjust your appointment time slightly. We need to ensure appointments are effectively staggered to reduce contact as much as possible.
• Treatments will be limited to a maximum of 2hrs on our premises.
• We will need to check and update your client records for contact tracing purposes.
• A sanitised basket will be provided for your personal belongings during your treatment.
• We will wear gloves and face masks for certain treatments. Additional face masks can be available on request, but please bring your own if you would like to wear one. It is not mandatory.
• Rest assured our treatment rooms and common areas will be sanitised between every treatment.
• Our therapists have all completed an online Covid-19 training certification
