Cancellation Policy

1. Should you need to amend or cancel your appointment, we request a minimum notification of 24 hours for any single appointment, after which 100% of the full service fee will be charged.
2. For any mobile massage, multiple person booking, spa packages, group bookings (of 3 or less people) and combo deals, 48 hours minimum notice is required.
3. For large groups (4 or more people) and event bookings, an alternative cancellation policy applies which will be communicated upon booking.
4. 100% of the full service will be charged for any late cancellations or no-show appointments.
5. Gift Vouchers: Purchased Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months, non refundable, non transferable and can not be exchanged for cash.
